当前,机械产品普遍存在的“配件难买、企业难生产”的两难现象引起了人们的关注。据有关部门调查,在大型企业或重点基本建设工程项目中,设备因缺配件不能修复而停产造成的经济损失每小时达数万甚至数百万元,直接影响到人民生活和国民经济建设的发展。配件生产为什么难?笔者认为企业一缺内部动力;二缺外部压力,表现在企业的生产条件、经营思想和国家经济法律制度不健全3个方面。下面谈谈自己的粗浅看法。 1.配件需求的时间规律与加工企业的生产现状不相适应,企业对配件生产无内部动力用户对配件的需要在数量和时间上与该产品的经

Let’s talk about our own superficial views. 1. The time law of parts demand is incompatible with the production status of processing companies. There is no internal power for the production of parts. The user needs the parts in terms of quantity and time.
