研究了正茬及重茬大豆根际土壤中微生物区系的变化。结果表明:细菌总数在整个大豆生育期内占绝对优势,重茬低于正茬。放线菌数量总体变幅不大,真菌数量变化很大,重茬高于正茬。连作大豆根际土壤中有益真菌减少,有害真菌增加。真菌优势菌群中的尖镰孢菌、半裸镰孢菌和粉红粘帚菌回接大豆,均产生不同程度的致病性,导致大豆根腐病的发生,花期前后(38~50d)病症明显。半裸镰孢菌和粉红粘帚菌对大豆的致病性及导致根腐病的发生尚未见资料报道。
The changes of microbial flora in the rhizosphere soil of upland and stubble soybean were studied. The results showed that the total number of bacteria in the whole growth period of soybean accounted for the absolute superiority, stubble is lower than the stubble. The amount of actinomycetes overall amplitude is not large, large changes in the number of fungi, stubble higher than the stubble. Even for the rhizosphere soil beneficial fungi reduce the harmful fungi increase. Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium moniliforme and Fusarium rebaudiana were all pathogenic to soybean, which led to the occurrence of soybean root rot. The symptoms before and after florescence (38 ~ 50 d) were obvious . Fusarium solani and pink viscera on soybean pathogenicity and lead to the occurrence of root rot have not yet been reported.
