本文以连续波He—Ne激光器作光源,采用离轴型漫反射全息照相技术和全息干涉计量中实时和二次曝光方法,选择热激发和真空压力差法作为加载方式,分别对两批带有人工分层缺陷的多层、多向碳纤维复合材料板进行了试验。比较了两种加载的效果,初步探索研究了全息无损检验方法对碳纤维复合材料的检测能力及其相关的因素。结果表明,此法对检验这种材料中的脱粘分层缺陷是行之有效的。
In this paper, continuous-wave He-Ne laser as light source, using off-axis diffuse holographic technology and holographic interferometry real-time and double exposure method, select the thermal excitation and vacuum pressure difference method as a loading method, respectively, with two batches with Multilayer, multi-directional carbon fiber composite panels with artificial delamination defects were tested. The effects of two kinds of loading were compared, and the capability of detecting holocentric nondestructive testing on carbon fiber composites and related factors were studied. The results show that this method is valid for testing the debonding and delamination defects in this kind of material.
