我67岁,练咏春拳有两年了。两年前我看咏春拳,觉得它挺好玩,跟其它拳不大一样。现在我看咏春拳,已不仅仅把它当作一种健身方式,它能锻炼一个人的脾性,于刚柔并济中,五脏六腑都生出一股精气。关键是练咏春拳不损耗人,你不需要跟动作较劲,没有任何副作用,只要顺其自然就好,特别适合我这有点强迫症的老年人。接触咏春拳是在一次老朋友的聚会上。我在西安福建商会有几个朋友,他们商会内部时常有活动,就在那一次,我们聚在一起看了电影《叶问》。我已经很多年没正儿八经看过电影了,总觉得电影院已经不是我们老年
