无菌复合包装材料主要由铝、塑、纸3种材料复合而成,各部分用材品质较高,且目前在市场上的流通量非常大,如何高效循环利用已引起了越来越多的人的关注。本文在分析无菌复合包装材料碎浆条件的基础上,就超声波预处理对其纤维剥离效果及对纤维品质的影响进行了研究,研究结果发现,碎浆时间能够增加纤维的分离效率,碎浆时无菌复合包装材料的配比的增加会降低纤维分离效率,适宜的碎浆时间为20 min,无菌复合包装材料与复印纸的配比为2:3;超声波预处理能够有效地促进复合包装材料中纤维的分离,中性条件下超声波预处理对纤维长度和物理性能等都没有太大影响。

In this paper, based on the analysis of pulping conditions of aseptic compound packaging materials, the effect of ultrasonic pretreatment on the fiber stripping and the fiber quality were studied. The results showed that pulping time can increase the fiber separation efficiency, pulping When the ratio of asepsis compound packaging material increases, the fiber separation efficiency will be reduced, the appropriate pulping time is 20 min, and the ratio of aseptic composite packaging material and photocopy paper is 2: 3. Ultrasonic pretreatment can effectively promote the composite The separation of the fibers in the packaging material and the neutralization of the ultrasonic pretreatment have little effect on the fiber length and physical properties.
