甘肃马铃薯（2．2kg）经缓冲液提取、硫酸铵分级沉淀、DEAE－纤维素、CM－纤维素离子交换、SephadexG150，Senharose6B葡聚糖凝胶层析纯化、水透析和冻干后制得凝集素，总活力为495120u，比活为6641．89u／mg；经聚丙烯改胺凝胶电泳证明是均一的；氨基酸分析表明富含天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸。
