本文报道武汉地区正常人、甲状腺机能亢进及甲状腺机能减退491例患者的甲状腺功能状态结果。建立和修订甲状腺吸~(131)I率各组正常范围,并与其它省份报道值进行比较分析。对甲亢吸~(131)I高峰出现时间进行观察,有31.4％患者高峰前移。建立本室血清放射免疫测定T_4(甲状腺素)正常值和T_3(三碘甲状原氨酸)的各组正常值。并对放射免疫分析的方法学进行质量控制。
This article reports the results of 491 thyroid function status in normal subjects, hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism in Wuhan. Establishment and revision of thyroid suction ~ (131) I rate of the normal range of each group, and compared with other provinces reported value. Absorption of hyperthyroidism ~ (131) I peak time was observed, 31.4% of patients with peak forward. The normal values of T_4 (thyroxine) and T_3 (triiodothyronine) in serum were determined by radioimmunoassay in our laboratory. And the method of radioimmunoassay for quality control.
