2002年12月初召开的IMO海上安全委员会第76届会议是一次非常重要的海事会议,引起了各方的极大关注。此次会议内容非常丰富,共进行了22项会议议程,通过了9个海安会决议、9个海安会通函和3个海安会和环保会联合通函。鉴于篇幅所限,本刊将连续两期刊登会议介绍,以飨读者。读者也可以登陆中国船级社网站(www.ccs.org.cn),点击“法规报道”栏目“76届海安会通过的公约修正案和新的技术规定”先睹为快。
The 76th Session of the IMO Maritime Safety Committee held in early December 2002 was a very important maritime conference and attracted great attention of all parties. The meeting was very rich in contents. It had 22 agenda items and adopted 9 MSC resolutions, 9 MSC Circular letters and 3 MSC and Environmental Protection Association circular letters. Due to the limited space, this issue will be published in two consecutive sessions to introduce readers.
