文化负迁移现象时被文化交际学研究者关注和研究的重点,同时,它也是一个热点话题。本文以在华外资和中国高校学生以及合资企业的中方员工为调查问卷的对象,做了一系列的问卷调研,对这种文化负迁移现象进行了系统的分析,总结出了它的必然性与普遍性的两大特点。交际双方之间通过适度文化移情,加强沟通和理解等,可以有效地促进文化之间的交际成功,从而减少文化负迁移的现象。
Cultural Negative Transfer is the focus of attention and research by researchers of cultural communication. At the same time, it is also a hot topic. This paper makes a series of questionnaire surveys using foreign-invested and Chinese university students in China as well as Chinese employees of joint-ventures as the objects of the questionnaire. This article systematically analyzes this phenomenon of cultural negative transfer and concludes its inevitability and universality Two major characteristics of sex. Through proper cultural empathy and enhanced communication and understanding, the two parties in communication can effectively promote the success of intercultural communication and thus reduce the negative cultural transfer.
