做一个心灵和情感的疏导者,助推学生快乐成长,是每一个老师理应承担的责任。在学生的成长过程中,总有一些荆棘等待劈斩,总有一些弯路需要迂回,我们不妨给他们一份鼓励,让他们找回自信;给他们一份宽容,让他们自我成长;给他们一份信任,让他们学会自律。用鼓励燃起自信的明灯。肯定,不仅仅是对人们固有优点的赞许,若给其一个超乎事实的美名,就像马良之神笔点在身上,会产生意想不到的效果。我班学生小浩生性懒惰,在劳动中经常偷懒耍滑。
It is the responsibility of every teacher to be a mentor and emotional facilitator to help students grow up happily. In the process of students’ growth, there are always some thorns waiting to be cut. There are always some detours that need to be detoured.
