良性复发性无菌性脑膜炎又称Mollaret脑膜炎,自1944年Mollaret首次报告以来国内报道较少,今将我院所见2例报道如下。 例1:男,27岁。因间歇发作头痛、呕吐15年,头痛、呕吐3天,于1986年9月第10次入本院。其它9次发作分别是1972年1月,1976年5月,1977年2月,1979年5月,1980年9月,1981年6月,1982年12月,1983年9月,1986年2月。体查:体温38℃,神清,仅见颈强直,克、布氏征阳性。血象:白细胞13.3×10~9/L,中性80％,淋巴细胞20％。CSF:混浊,Pandy试验+++,白细胞9.15×10~9/L,中性90％,淋巴细胞10％,糖<0.56mmol/L。
Aseptic recurrent aseptic meningitis, also known as Mollaret meningitis, has been reported less since the first report of Mollaret in 1944. Two cases reported in our hospital are reported below. Example 1: Male, 27 years old. Intermittent onset of headache, vomiting for 15 years, headache, vomiting for 3 days, in September 1986 the 10th into the hospital. The other nine episodes were January 1972, May 1976, February 1977, May 1979, September 1980, June 1981, December 1982, September 1983, February 1986 . Physical examination: body temperature 38 ℃, Shen Qing, only see the neck stiffness, g, Brine’s sign positive. Blood: white blood cells 13.3 × 10 ~ 9 / L, 80% neutral, lymphocytes 20%. CSF: opacity, Pandy test +++, leukocyte 9.15 × 10-9 / L, neutral 90%, lymphocyte 10%, sugar <0.56mmol / L.
