湖北光敏核不育水稻 Hubei Photoperiod-sensitive Genic male-sterile Rice(HPGMR)具有短日照可育,长日照不育的特性。本研究探明了农垦58(A—B)等晚粳类型的光敏感核不育水稻的光(日)照诱导育性转变的敏感期是在幼穗分化的第二枝梗及颖花原基分化期至花粉母细胞形成期。据此,提出了光敏感核不育水稻从感光叶龄至花粉完熟期的发育过程中,存在两个光周期敏感期和3个发育阶段的假设。
Hubei Photoperiod-sensitive genic male-sterile Rice (HPGMR) has the characteristics of short-day fertility and long-day sterility. In this study, it was found that the sensitive period of light (day) photoinduced fertility transformation of late japonica type Nongken 58 (A-B) Basal differentiation period to the formation of pollen mother cells. Based on this, we proposed the hypothesis that there are two photoperiod sensitive periods and three developmental stages in the development of photoperiod-sensitive genic male sterile rice from leaf age to pollen maturity.
