国务院提出事业单位要实行绩效工资,博物馆作为保护、研究和展示文化及自然遗产的公益性文化事业单位,完善绩效考核及制度设计已经是刻不容缓的任务。实行绩效考评是为了调动员工的积极性,激发单位活力,促进文化事业的发展;重点内容是推进内部治理、用人机制、分配制度的改革,降低运行成本,提高管理和服务水平;制度设计也主要是围绕要素、业务、监控三个基点,博物馆成功完成绩效考评机制后必将促进内部管理、绩效水平、服务质量及公众——社会满意度的提升。
