文化背景知识是一种特殊的社会文化现象,它是人们在长期的社会生活实践中约定俗成的。每一种语言都是在特定的社会历史环境中产生和发展起来的,每一种语言都反映出使用该语言的国家和民族在不同的社会历史时期所特有的文化现象。因此,教师应加强文化背景知识在英语教学中的传授,在这一教学过程中,教师应掌握的策略:重视差异比较、随机讲授与寓教于乐。
Cultural background knowledge is a special kind of social and cultural phenomenon. It is defined by people in the long-term practice of social life. Each language is created and developed in a specific social and historical environment. Each language reflects the cultural phenomenon peculiar to different countries and nations in different social and historical periods. Therefore, teachers should strengthen the teaching of cultural background knowledge in English teaching. In this teaching process, teachers should grasp the tactics: emphasis on differences, random lectures and entertaining.
