以乐昌峡水利枢纽工程坝下防护范围为研究对象,建立了水库下游河道及两岸淹没区一、二维联解洪水演进水流数学模型。采用室内实验数据对模型数值计算结果进行率定和验证,结果表明所建模型具有较高的计算精度和可靠度。针对工程动库调洪演算成果,选取典型洪水下的不同防洪调度方案进行了模拟计算,给出了各工况下水库下游河道沿程各特征断面的洪水风险信息,为进行淹没区的洪灾损失评估及相应的防洪调度决策提供了必要的参数和依据。
Taking Lechangxia water conservancy project dam protection scope as the research object, the mathematical model of one-dimensional and two-dimensional synergistic flood evolution of the lower reaches of the reservoir and the inundation area of both banks has been set up. The indoor experimental data are used to calibrate and verify the numerical results of the model. The results show that the proposed model has high computational accuracy and reliability. According to the calculation results of flood control in engineering moveout, different flood control scheduling schemes under typical flood were selected and simulated. The flood risk information of each characteristic section along the downstream of the reservoir under each working condition was given. For flood loss in submerged area Assessment and the corresponding flood control decision-making provides the necessary parameters and basis.
