本文根据中国南车技能人才培养的战略规划,结合企业技能员工的学习特点,阐述了企业员工技能培训课程开发的流程与方法,最后分析了中国南车高级维修电工培训课程开发的实际案例。
Based on the strategic planning of skillful personnel training of CSR and the learning characteristics of employees, this paper expounds the development process and method of employee skill training curriculum. Finally, it analyzes the actual case of the development of China South Vehicle Advanced Maintenance electrician training course.
