目的分析研究社区饮食干预护理在糖尿病控制中的应用效果。方法选取2013年5月—2015年12月在社区服务中心接收的2型糖尿病患者一共有204例,对照组采取常规护理,试验组在此基础上采取饮食干预护理。结果干预以后,试验组患者的空腹血糖水平(6.53±0.21)mmol/L;餐后2 h血糖水平(10.34±2.12)mmol/L;对照组患者的空腹血糖水平(9.24±0.82)mmol/L;餐后2 h血糖水平(14.05±2.26)mmol/L,试验组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病控制中采取社区饮食干预护理,可以有效控制患者的血糖水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of community diet intervention nursing in the control of diabetes. Methods A total of 204 patients with type 2 diabetes were recruited at community service center from May 2013 to December 2015. The control group was given routine nursing care. The experimental group took dietary intervention nursing care based on this. Results After the intervention, the fasting blood glucose level (6.53 ± 0.21) mmol / L and the postprandial blood glucose level (10.34 ± 2.12) mmol / L in the test group and the fasting blood glucose level (9.24 ± 0.82) mmol / L in the control group (14.05 ± 2.26) mmol / L at 2 h postprandial. The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in test group were lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Community-based intervention in diabetes control can effectively control the blood glucose level of patients.
