我院自1966年～1983年共收治成人(12岁以上)结核性脑膜炎377例,现将临床资料较完整的333例加以分析。一、诊断标准:1.脑脊液细胞数在10/mm~3以上;糖低于50mg％,或氯化物低于700mg％;蛋白高于50mg％。2.除外其他性质的脑膜炎。二、临床治愈标准:1.脑脊液细胞数在10/mm~3以下;糖及氯化物均在正常值;蛋白低于50mg％。2.症状消失。病理反射消失。三、临床减轻标准:1.脑脊液细胞数在10～50/mm~3;糖或氯化物正常或略低,
In our hospital from 1966 to 1983 were admitted to adults (12 years of age) 377 cases of tuberculous meningitis, the clinical data are now more complete analysis of 333 cases.
