统计L油田聚驱抽油机井927口,平均采出液浓度294mg/L,其中高浓度聚合物区块4个,共有抽油机井379口,平均采出液浓度495mg/L,高浓度聚合物驱油技术是目前提高采收率的重要手段,但同时给采出端带来了一系列的问题,其中最主要的问题是:与水驱、普通聚驱相比,高浓度聚合物驱存在检泵率高、检泵周期短的问题。根据化验结果知随着采出液浓度的增加,粘度逐渐加大,杆举升负荷和下行阻力增大,造成抽油杆柱下行滞后而发生杆管偏磨。通过5口大间隙低摩泵现场试验效果可知,应用大间隙低摩阻泵后,在保证泵效的前提下,交变载荷降低了25%以上,达到了降低杆柱下行阻力的效果,提高了低摩阻泵在高浓度聚驱的适应性。
