酰丁尿胺(Bumetanide,3-正丁氨基-4-苯氧基-5-磺氨基苯甲酸)是主要抑制髓袢升枝对氯重吸收的强、短和速效袢利尿剂,其产生同等利尿效果的剂量为速尿的1/40,为目前已知利尿剂中作用强度最大者。丁尿胺已由桂林制药厂研制投产,有片剂(每片1毫克)和注射剂(每支2毫升含0.5毫克)。现将我们对正常人和各种水肿病人使用丁尿胺的利尿效果报告于后。
