新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(ｈｙｐｏｘｉｃ－ｉｓｃｈｅｍｉｃｅｎｃｅｐｈａｌｏｐａｔｈｙ,ＨＩＥ)是新生儿期常见的脑损伤,对患儿的威胁很大。恢复期的治疗目前尚无公认有效的药物。我科自２０００年１月起应用ＧＭ１治疗恢复期ＨＩＥ患儿２３例,并与未用该药的３０例患儿作对比。现将观察结果报告如下。
Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a common brain injury in the neonatal period, which is a great threat to children. Convalescent treatment is currently no recognized effective drugs. Our department since January 2000 with GM1 treatment of convalescent HIE 23 cases of children, and did not use this drug in 30 children for comparison. The observations are reported below.
