西松烯型二萜是存在于多种植物、昆虫及海洋生物中的一类十四元环二萜,迄今仅从海洋生物中发现的这类化合物就已超过三百多种,其中不少具有生物活性.我们从采自海南三亚的条状短指软珊瑚(sinularia capillosa)中分离得四个西松烯二萜内酯(1～4).化合物(1)是新的三羟基西松烯内酯,通过波谱方法测定了它的结构.
Cysteine-type diterpenes are a group of 14-membered ring-diterpenes found in many plants, insects and marine organisms. Up to now, over 300 kinds of these compounds have been discovered from marine organisms, many of which have Biological activity: We isolated four xanthene diterpene lactones (1-4) from the sinularia capillosa collected from Sanya, Hainan Province. Compound (1) is a novel trihydroxycisone lactone , Its structure was determined by spectral method.
