随着我国高速公路建设的不断深入,粉体喷射搅拌法作为一种施工方法已广泛应用于加固软土地基。影响该施工方法加固效果的因素很多,如:被加固土的土质情况、水泥掺入量、施工工艺参数等。其中对施工来说最主要的是水泥粉是否足量、均匀地掺入被加固土中.从目前工程实际情况看有部分粉喷桩的施工质量不尽人意,主要表现在桩下部水泥用量不足.本文从粉喷桩加固软土地基的机理及施工实践出发,对直接影响加固效果的物料气力输送系统的压力损失加以再研究,包括现场管道压力实测、理论分析、质量检测等,以得出适用于施工控制的管道压力损失、施工管道长度等工艺参数.
As China’s highway construction continues to deepen, powder jet mixing method as a construction method has been widely used to reinforce the soft ground. One of the most important for the construction of cement powder is sufficient, evenly mixed into the soil. From the current actual situation of the project, some DJM construction quality is not satisfactory, mainly in the lower part of the pile cement consumption. In this paper, the pressure loss of the material pneumatic conveying system that directly affects the reinforcement effect is re-investigated from the mechanism and construction practice of the soft soil foundation reinforced by the powder jetting pile, including field pipeline pressure measurement, theoretical analysis, quality inspection and so on, Pipeline pressure loss in construction control, construction pipeline length and other process parameters.
