目的对优化口岸船舶供应食品企业卫生监督量化分级方法进行验证。方法通过重新设计口岸船舶食品供应企业卫生许可审查和日常卫生监督量化分级评分表,对全省65家口岸船舶食品供应企业进行食品卫生信誉度分级。结果评为A级企业有3家,占4.62%;评为B级企业有46家,占70.76%;评为C级企业有16家,占24.62%。结论实施口岸船舶食品供应企业卫生监督量化分级管理可以优化卫生监督资源。
Objective To verify the method of quantifying and classifying the hygiene supervision of food supply enterprises in port. Methods By redesigning the hygiene license examination and routine health supervision quantification and grading scale of the port food supply enterprises, the credit rating of food hygiene of 65 port shipping food suppliers in the province was graded. As a result, there were 3 A-level enterprises, accounting for 4.62%; 46 B-rated enterprises, accounting for 70.76%; 16 C-rated enterprises, accounting for 24.62%. Conclusion The implementation of quantitative monitoring of the health supervision of food supply enterprises at ports can optimize the resources for health supervision.
