该锌铜矿是在四川省盐源县西范坪地区石英二长斑岩中发现的一种罕见的天然合金矿物,也是我国首次发现与斑岩铜矿床共生的铜锌金属互化物的新变种。其共生矿物有钾长石(条纹长石为主)、钠—更长石、石英、黑云母,伴生矿物为黄铁矿、黄铜矿、斑铜矿等。该矿物反射色呈金黄色、均质性(等轴晶系),粒度10~50μ,显微硬度VHN_(10)=190kg/mm~2。视觉反射率R_(Vis)=67.97%、电子探针分析矿物化学成分为Cu 59.15~62.55W_B%、Zn 36.32~39.85W_B%。晶体化学式为Cu_(6.27~7.0
This zinc-copper deposit is a rare natural alloy found in the quartz porphyry in the Xifanping area, Yanyuan County, Sichuan Province. It is also the first new copper-zinc intermetallic compound found in China that is symbiotic with the porphyry copper deposit variant. The symbiotic minerals are potassium feldspar (mainly feldspar), sodium - more feldspar, quartz, biotite, associated minerals pyrite, chalcopyrite, bornite and so on. The mineral reflection color is golden yellow, homogeneous (equiaxed crystal), particle size 10 ~ 50μ, micro hardness VHN_ (10) = 190kg / mm ~ 2. The visual reflectivity R_ (Vis) = 67.97%.
