现浇混凝土楼板以其优越的抗震性能,已经全面取代了预制混凝土楼板,但是在实际施工中存在裂缝、平整度超标等质量通病,轻者影响美观,重则影响建筑物结构安全,由此造成的渗漏,往往给住户造成较大的经济负担和精神损失。混凝土现浇楼板质量通病产生的原因较多,涉及到设计、施工、材料、环境等诸多方面,笔者对现浇混凝土楼板裂缝产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了处理措施,以供参考。
The cast-in-place concrete floor has completely replaced the prefabricated concrete floor because of its excellent seismic performance, but there are cracks in the actual construction, flatness and other quality problems, the light affect the appearance, while the impact on the safety of the building structure, resulting in Leakage, often to households caused greater economic burden and mental loss. There are many reasons for the common quality of cast-in-place concrete floor, involving many aspects of design, construction, materials, environment and so on. The author analyzes the causes of cracks in cast-in-place concrete floor and puts forward the treatment measures for reference.
