大型模锻液压机动梁同步平衡问题,是设计液压机需要解决的重要问题之一。我们用数控装置和电液脉冲马达控制主缸节流系统进行试验研究。本文就同步节流系统工作原理,系统数学模型的建立,系统分析综合,系统对偏心载荷校回能力的分析计算。其计算结果与试验结果基本一致。从而可看出,该控制方案是可行的,系统对偏心载荷有良好的抑制能力。
Large forging hydraulic beam synchronization balance problem is to design hydraulic press one of the important issues to be solved. We use numerical control devices and electro-hydraulic pulse motor control of the master cylinder throttling system for experimental study. In this paper, the working principle of synchronous throttling system, the establishment of the system mathematical model, the system analysis and synthesis, the system of eccentric load calibration capability analysis and calculation. The calculation results and test results are basically the same. It can be seen that the control scheme is feasible, the system has a good ability to inhibit eccentric load.
