培育创新文化是大学发展的重要使命,各个院校也正积极采取措施推进创新发展。以南通科技职业学院创新文化培育为例,探讨和分析大学创新文化的内涵和培育的具体措施,为推动高等教育创新文化的发展提供参考。
Cultivating a culture of innovation is an important mission for the development of the university. All institutions are also actively taking measures to promote innovation and development. Taking Nantong Institute of Technology as an example, this paper explores and analyzes the connotation and cultivation measures of innovative culture in universities and provides reference for promoting the development of innovative culture in higher education.
