胡锦涛总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立90周年大会上指出:“90年来党的发展历程告诉我们,来自人民、植根人民、服务人民,是我们党永远立于不败之地的根本。”胡锦涛同志这一论断是从党90年奋斗历程中总结出的宝贵经验,是对人民群众历史地位和作用的充分肯定,深刻揭示了群众路线是中国共产党取得胜利的法宝,是党的力量之源。在新的历史条件下,党要巩固执政地位就必须始终保持与人民群众血脉相连。
