根据二氧化碳汽提法尿素装置中尿素合成反应的条件以及高压合成区设备的结构特点,基于热力学机理模型,建立了高压合成区的动态仿真模型。计算结果同实际生产数据相比较,模拟值与设计值的偏差均在4%以内,说明本模型的精确性及可靠性较好,能够满足装置仿真需要,还可用于生产工艺条件优化和装置改造,具有较高的应用价值。
According to the conditions of urea synthesis reaction in urea plant with carbon dioxide stripping and the structural characteristics of equipment in high pressure synthesis zone, a dynamic simulation model of high pressure synthesis zone was established based on the thermodynamic mechanism model. Compared with actual production data, the deviation between simulation value and design value is less than 4%, which shows that the accuracy and reliability of this model are good, which can meet the needs of device simulation. It can also be used in the optimization of production process conditions and device modification , With high application value.
