近期,我们就提高干部教育培训效果问题,采取走访、召开座谈会、发放问卷等形式进行调研,范围涉及17个县区500多名乡科级以上领导干部。据调查,当前干部教育培训工作普遍存在效益不高的问题。具体表现,一是供需脱节,培训的内容与其实际工作存在较大距离。二是培训模式陈旧。在我们的问卷中,对“你认为当前应侧重什么内容”的回答,35.7%的干部认为应侧重江泽民总书记“七一”重要讲话和六中全
In the near future, we conducted investigations on ways to improve the effectiveness of education and training for cadres, conducted visits, held seminars and distributed questionnaires, covering more than 500 leading cadres above the county level in 17 counties and regions.
