在分析中等卫生职业学校教师文化现状的基础上,提出重构新型教师文化的八种策略和途径:打造以人为本的学校文化,优化教师发展环境;改变教师观念,树立合作意识;改革管理方式,创建主体性与主体间性相融合的教育管理模式;创建促进教师专业成长的长效评价机制;采取切实可行的合作方式;鼓励教师开展校本研究,发展教师创新能力;营造和谐民主氛围,提高教师参与意识和教育民主化;构建和谐师生关系,促进教师专业化发展。
