我们用串联式双重交换法制成品质良好的蒸镏水,前已作过简要报导。兹再将制造方法介绍如下:一、原理一般水中都溶有一定量的盐类,它以电解质离子状态(MnX)存在于水中,可通过离子交换树脂以去掉水中的离子;以 H 交换去掉水中的阳离子:(?)H+MnX→(?)Mn+HX;再以 OH 交换去掉水中的阴离子:(NH_2)OH+HX→(NH_2)X+H_2O这样可以得到无盐水。我们为了提高除盐效果及减少再生次数,试用了串联式双重交换法。水中含有一定量的重碳酸盐,当通过阳离子交换剂时:(?)H_2+MnHCO_3→(?)Mn+H_2O+CO_2个,溶于水中的 CO_2使水呈酸性,故交换后的水应再行充气法。二、实验装置1.交换树脂:阳离子交换树脂 Ionenaustausch r.Ⅰ(强酸、H 型,E.Merck 厂出品),阴离子交换树脂Zeral:+G(弱碱,U.W.S.厂出品)。2.交换柱装置:以四支长20—30厘米,直径4—4.5厘米的玻璃管作为交换柱,并以橡皮管联结成
