由中共深圳市宝安区委宣传部、深圳市宝安区科学技术协会、《特区经济》杂志社联合召开的“农村城市化理论与实践问题研讨会”,于1995年10月5~6日在宝安区举行.来自北京、上海、武汉、广州、深圳等地的48位专家、学者和实际工作者参加了会议.会议期间,代表们就新形势下如何积极稳妥地推进农村城市化中的理论与实践问题进行了积极的探讨,并对宝安农村城市化的发展提出了意见和建议.一、农村城市化的内涵特征及其目标模式与会专家认为,农村向城市的发展转变过程都有一般的方向共性,即:(1)农业自然小生产方式向社会化大生产的生产经营协作方式转变;(2)农业人口向城市人口的转变;(3)分散零乱的乡村居住地向集中成片的高密度的城市居住地转变;(4)单一的农业生产功能向综合复杂的城市功能转变;(5)经济结构由第一产业为主向第二、三产业为主转变;(6)人口的相对分散向相对集中的转变;(7)交通组织与物流功能从无到有、从小到大、从弱到强的转变;(8)社会经济系统由相对封闭式向开放有序式转变;(9)人们的思想观念与生活方式由小农式的狭隘的自然落后观念与生活方式向标志着现代文明的城市社会商品生产与生活观念转变等等.这些共性决定了农村地
