30年前,一柱树苗扎进了土壤。30年后它长成了一棵大树。《上海房地》创刊于1982年2月,房地产界的前辈在那个春风鼓荡的季节里栽下了这棵树。从此,这棵树沐浴着改革开放的阳光,接受中国特色社会主义理论、“三个代表”重要思想、科学发展观的雨露滋润,茁壮成长。30年的风风雨雨,这棵树始终以“四项基本原则”为主心骨,一如既往、守其初心,不被狂风弯腰,不被暴雨折枝,似兰斯馨、如松之盛。这棵树始终以“解放思想、实事求是”为主基调,把握时代的脉搏,保持敏锐的观察力,冲破思想的樊篱和传统理论的桎梏,与时代共呼吸、同命运,昂扬挺拔,奋发向上。
Thirty years ago, a column of seedlings plunged into the soil. It grew into a big tree 30 years later. “Shanghai Premises” was founded in February 1982, the real estate industry predecessors planted the tree in that spring season.
