RNA干扰技术作为一种强有力的基因调控手段,已被广泛应用于多种疾病的研究,包括神经系统疾病、肿瘤和抗病毒治疗研究等。其中,帕金森病等老年性疾病发病率逐年上升,给社会带来了巨大的经济负担,而其发病机制仍未清楚,但已经发现有许多基因与其发病有关,比如PINK1、α-synuclein和LRRK2等。本文将概述RNA干扰技术应用于帕金森病相关基因研究中的新进展,RNA干扰技术应用的新进展也将有所涉及。
As a powerful means of gene regulation, RNA interference has been widely used in many diseases, including neurological diseases, oncology and antiviral therapy. Among them, the incidence of senile diseases such as Parkinson’s disease is increasing year by year, which brings great economic burden to society. However, the pathogenesis of this disease is still unclear. However, many genes have been found to be associated with their pathogenesis, such as PINK1, α-synuclein and LRRK2 Wait. This article will outline the new advances in the application of RNA interference technology in the study of Parkinson’s disease-related genes.
