目的研究痹祺胶囊全方及拆方的镇痛、抗炎作用,探讨君、臣、佐、使间的配伍规律。方法采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察痹祺胶囊及拆方的镇痛作用;采用大鼠佐剂关节炎(AA)模型观察痹祺胶囊及拆方的抗炎作用。结果君药马钱子ig给予小鼠50mg/kg(相当于处方用量),大鼠2.5mg/kg(相当于处方用量),其镇痛、消肿作用并不明显,只有高于处方2倍以上的用量,方可起到一定镇痛作用;动物单独ig臣、佐、使药后其镇痛、消肿作用均不明显;君+臣、君+佐、君+臣+使、君+佐+使药配伍后镇痛作用不明显,对大鼠AA原发性和继发性肿胀有明显消肿作用;君+使药配伍的镇痛作用和对大鼠AA原发性肿胀的消肿作用明显,而对AA大鼠足趾继发性肿胀的消肿作用不明显;君+臣+佐药配伍既有明显镇痛作用,又有明显的消肿作用,痹祺胶囊全方(君+臣+佐+使)无论对小鼠的镇痛作用还是对AA大鼠足趾肿胀的消肿作用均非常明显。结论痹祺胶囊具有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用,臣、佐、使药对君药马钱子有减低用量,增强疗效的作用。

Conclusion Biqi Capsule has obvious anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It can reduce the dosage of Strychnos nux-vomica and increase the curative effect by using herbs, herbs and herbs.
