猫抓病又名猫抓热,良性淋巴网状组织病,是一种亚急性、自限性传染病。我科于1987年3月诊治一例右颌下淋巴结猫抓病,现结合文献复习报道如下。病例报告 患者徐某,女,41岁,工人,住院号49194。因右颌下肿块治疗月余,未全消退而就诊。患者于1987年1月25日,在给小猫洗澡时,左手背皮肤被猫抓破,伤口未处理自愈。伤后11天出现全身不适,低热,右颌下区肿胀,不适,有压痛,伴有“口角炎”, Cat scratching disease, also known as cat scratching heat, benign lymphatic network disease, is a sub-acute, self-limiting infectious diseases.
