据《工人日报》99年5月24日在“九九届第一期全国班组长、工会组长培训班”上的调查显示,63%的人认为“当前思想政治工作最难做”。原因是如今职工讲实惠,而仅靠讲奉献精神缺乏说服力等。可见,随着社会主义市场经济观念的深人人心,职工价值观趋向多元化。这给思想政治工作带来新的挑战和机遇。笔者认为,新形势下的思想政治工作,要把握好思想政治教育的“共鸣点”——感情,也就是对职工群众的深切关爱和深厚情怀。 人是感情动物,俗话说,“人心都是肉长的”。可是,个别基层领导干部,面对职工群众,盛气凌人,摆架子,耍官腔,以冷脸示人;习惯于专政手段,态度生硬,方法简单,语言粗俗,作风粗暴;对职工群众横眉冷对,漠视群众的合法权益、合理要求和实际困难;无视群众的积极意见和建议,甚至动辄
According to a survey conducted by Workers’ Daily on May 24, 1999 in the “Training Course for Heads of National Class and Trade Union Leader Groups in the First Period of the Ninetieth”, 63% of the people think that “the current ideological and political work is the hardest to do.” The reason is that workers nowadays value benefits, but lack of persuasion simply by dedication. It can be seen that with the deep-rooted socialist market economy concept, the staff values tend to be pluralistic. This brings new challenges and opportunities to the ideological and political work. The author believes that the ideological and political work under the new situation should grasp the “resonance point” of ideological and political education - feelings, that is, deep love and deep feelings toward the masses of workers and staff. People are emotional animals, the saying goes, “people are long meat.” However, some leading cadres at the grassroots level face up to the masses of workers and workers with contempt and arrogance. They are accusing of dignity and show their faces by cold-calling. They are accustomed to dictatorship and rigid in attitude. They have simple methods, vulgar language and crude style of work. The legitimate rights and interests, reasonable demands and practical difficulties; ignoring the positive opinions and suggestions of the masses even at every turn
