电冰箱生产及维修过程中,常发现一些“主漏”、“付漏”产品。由于蒸发器常用铝材制作,用通常的方法往往难以对其进行补焊。氩弧焊虽然能有效地实现铝的焊接,但其设备昂贵,而且在冰箱维修这一特殊现场,很多位置不便施焊。因此,冰箱生产厂家和维修单位在处理这类产品时,大都采用更换新的蒸发器的办法。这样显然很不经济,而且很麻烦。经过试验,可以采用硬钎焊办法进行维修。硬钎焊的焊接头抗腐蚀性能强,接头强度能达58.8~78.4×10~6牛/米~2,完全可以满足冰箱的要求。但铝是很活泼的金属,极易生成致密的高熔点Al_2O_3膜,如工艺选用不当,往往难以达到预期的目的。其工艺方法: 1.材料钎料采用料403,钎剂为刘201,这两种材料均为湖南大学研制的新型铝钎料和钎剂。 1.焊前的准备先用砂布仔细清理表面的泡迹及氧化膜,然后用
