合成了3种新的可适用于物理显影(PD)过程的光敏剂及式-{[3,5-二氯-4-吗啉基(哌啶基、吡咯啶基)]苯基}重氮叔丁基硫化物,确定了它们及相应中间体的结构,并就实验方法和顺、反异构化进行了研究.这3个光敏剂对紫光敏感,热稳定性好.用它们制作的PD感光胶片的感光度、反差和密度均较好.
Three novel photosensitizers that are suitable for PD development and three novel bis (4-morpholinyl (piperidinyl) pyrrolyl] phenyl} diazo Tert-butylsulfide, the structures of them and their corresponding intermediates were determined, and the experimental methods of cis and trans-isomerization were also studied.These three photosensitizers are sensitive to violet light and have good thermal stability. Film sensitivity, contrast and density are better.
