本文论述了饱和砂土地震液化的危害,采用机械洛阳铲灌注碎石桩进行地震液化处理的机理及其在南水北调渠道地基处理工程中的灵活应用。这种施工技术主要从机械洛阳铲的性能特点,灌注碎石桩处理液化地基的工艺流程、操作要点和质量控制等几方面进行了阐述。作为一种方便、灵活、经济、有效的地震液化处理方法,值得推广应用,可作为其他大型碎石桩设备施工的有效补充。
This paper discusses the harm of seismic liquefaction of saturated sand, the mechanism of mechanical liquefaction using mechanical Luoyang shoveling gravel pile and its flexible application in South-to-North Water Diversion Project. This construction technique mainly expounds the performance characteristics of mechanical Luoyang shovel, the technological process of liquefying the foundation by the perfusion gravel pile, operation essentials and quality control. As a convenient, flexible, economical and effective seismic liquefaction treatment, it is worth popularizing and applying, which can be an effective complement to the construction of other large gravel pile equipment.
