本研究分析了中国环境下,民营企业对外部环境的关系网络开发利用受到哪些因素的影响及其如何对企业的绩效产生影响。实证研究的结果表明,企业对关系网络的开发利用受到三个层次因素的影响:个人因素、组织因素和环境因素。在个人层次,企业管理者的领袖式管理能力以及积极性的人格特征对企业与关系网络的开发利用有显著的正向影响;在组织层次,企业的关系网络开发利用受到财务资源的重要性影响而加强,但是知识的重要性在验证中没有得到支持;在环境层次,市场的波动性导致了企业对关系网络开发利用的增强,而制度的不确定性对关系网络开发利用的影响在统计上不显著。受到多层次因素影响的企业关系网络开发利用程度在一定程度上促进了企业的业绩。
This study analyzes the factors that influence the development and utilization of the relationship between the privately-owned enterprises’ external environment and how they affect the company’s performance under the Chinese environment. The results of empirical research show that the development and utilization of a company’s relationship network is affected by three levels of factors: individual factors, organizational factors, and environmental factors. At the individual level, the managerial leadership ability and positive personality characteristics of business managers have a significant positive impact on the development and utilization of the company’s relationship network; at the organizational level, the development of the company’s relationship network is affected by the importance of financial resources.
