高中英语课堂教学形式在短时期的教学改革中难以突破师生教学的模式牢笼,在生生教学相长方面还存在着较大的提升空间。小组合作学习方式是将课堂主导权移交给学生的重要措施,但是小组合作学习模式也需要相应的教学策略,学讲方式与“小老师”体系是将素质教育与小组合作模式相结合的有效策略。下面,笔者就自身英语教学经验,谈谈如何贯彻学讲方式下小组合作学习的形式以及创新“小老师”选拔方法,以期有效提升课堂教学质量。
In the short-term teaching reform, high school English classroom teaching is difficult to break through the mode of teaching teachers and students, and there is still much room for improvement in the aspect of students’life teaching. Group cooperative learning is an important measure to transfer the dominant position of the classroom to the students, but the group cooperative learning mode also needs the corresponding teaching strategy. The lecture method and the “little teacher” system are the combination of quality education and group cooperation mode Effective strategy. Next, the author on their own English teaching experience, talk about how to implement the form of group cooperative learning under the discourse and innovative “little teacher” selection method, in order to effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching.
