应用倍美力软膏对２１例绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎进行治疗。结果：经阴道给药后，绝经后症状改善明显，用药第２１天及第４９天的阴道表层细胞百分比、阴道细胞成熟值（ＭＶ）、生殖道健康临床评分较用药前明显提高（Ｐ＜０．００１），用药第２１天的表层细胞百分比明显高于用药第４９天（Ｐ＜０．０５），用药后１７β－雌二醇（１７β－Ｅ２）较用药前明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：倍美力软膏治疗绝经后妇女萎缩性阴道炎，症状、体征改善快，病人使用方便，局部症状改善尤其明显，并省去了口服药物带来的肝、肾功能的负担，但用药期间要注意药物个体化，注意副反应的出现。
