培育高水平的教学科研团队、打造一支“教练型”教师队伍,是当前影响高职院校发展的关键因素。以重庆市的高职院校作为调查和研究的主要视域,选取专业教学团队、科研创新团队、专业带头人和骨干教师队伍建设作为主要调查指标,发现制度缺陷是重庆市高职院校教学科研团队建设滞后的主要根源。通过对重庆工商职业学院教学科研团队制度建设的典型案例剖析,建议各高职院校应结合学校师资队伍发展水平,合理调整团队成员组织结构,科学设定团队建设目标,更新团队考核评价机制,使团队制度建设日趋完善,充分发挥团队建设在职业教育发展中的重要作用。
Cultivating a high level of teaching and research team to create a “coach-type” teacher team, is currently the key factor affecting the development of higher vocational colleges. Taking Chongqing ’s higher vocational colleges as the main visual field of investigation and research, this paper chooses the construction of professional teaching team, scientific research innovation team, professional leaders and key teachers as the main survey indicators and finds that the system defects are the teaching of higher vocational colleges in Chongqing The main reason for the lag of research team building. Based on the typical case analysis of the system construction of teaching and research team in Chongqing Industrial and Commercial College, it is suggested that all vocational colleges should combine the development level of school teachers, reasonably adjust the organizational structure of team members, set the goal of team building scientifically, update the team evaluation system, Make the construction of team system more and more perfect, give full play to the important role of team building in the development of vocational education.
