根据国家质量技术监督局的规定,对于国家级质检中心每五年要进行一次实验室认可。今年一季度,中国实验室国家认可委员会组织有关专家对我部所属的国家消防装备质检中心(挂靠在上海消防科研所)进行评审认可,通过认可了“手提式灭火器通用技术条件”等41个检测项目,这对该质检中心工作的进一步开展和确保检测行为的公正性、检测方法的科学性、检测结果的正确性起到了积极的推动作用。 至目前为止,我部已建立10个国家级和部级质检中心(详见附件),由部技术监督委员会归口管理。这些质检机构在提高社会公共安全产品质量,进而服务于公安业务工作方面取得了一定的成绩。据不完全统计,1997年承担各类检验5000多次,出具约6000价检测报告,具有良好的社会效益及经济效益。
According to the provisions of the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, for the national quality inspection center to conduct a laboratory accreditation every five years. In the first quarter of this year, the National Accreditation Board of China Laboratory organized relevant experts to review and approve the National Fire Equipment Quality Inspection Center affiliated to the Ministry of Science and Technology (affiliated to Shanghai Fire Research Institute) and approved 41 such as “General Technical Specifications for Portable Fire Extinguishers” Testing items, which further promote the work of the quality inspection center and to ensure the fairness of testing behavior, the scientific testing methods, the correctness of the test results has played a positive role in promoting. So far, the Ministry has set up 10 national and ministerial quality inspection centers (see attached), which is under the centralized management of the Technical Supervision Committee. These quality inspection agencies have made some achievements in improving the quality of social public safety products and further serving the public security work. According to incomplete statistics, in 1997, it undertook more than 5,000 kinds of tests and issued a test report of about 6,000 yuan, with good social and economic benefits.
