阿尔及利亚出口工业自由区,即拜拉哈自由区位于吉杰勒省,是阿唯一的自由区。 吉杰勒省位于阿东北部,东邻斯基克达省,北部是地中海,隔海与西班牙、法国、意大利相望。吉杰勒省的工业较薄弱,主要生产厂家9个。国营皮革厂日生产能力20吨,年产1700万张皮。还有国营玻璃磨料厂等。私营企业主要从事皮革、机械、家具、文具、金属构架、软木加工和油脂等生产。 坚坚港不仅是阿主要海港,也是连结欧非大陆主要枢纽之一。年吞吐能力450万吨,年装卸标准海运集装箱15至20万个。 拜拉哈自由区占地523公顷。交通、水源、电力、天然气、通讯等基础设施齐备。自由区距坚坚港45公里,距机场50公里。
The Algerian Export Industrial Free Zone, the Bahala Free Zone in Jijel Province, is the only free zone in Algeria.
