1前言增加供氧强度是提高炼钢产能的有效方法,因为其能减少吹炼时间。当宝钢4号高炉投产并扩容改造后,为了解决炼钢产能不足的问题,必须提高宝钢炼钢生产能力。因此在宝钢300 t转炉上进行了增加供氧强度以及提高炼钢生产能力的研究。2工业试验条件在第一炼钢厂的300 t转炉完成了工业试验,除尘系统采用OG法,最大氧气流量为70 000 m~3/h,原工艺采用的氧气流量为60 000 m~3/h,喷头采用五孔氧枪吹炼,同时设计了六孔氧枪喷头,氧气流量为68 000 m~3/h,与五孔喷头的喉口面积相比,六孔喷
1 Introduction Increasing oxygen intensity is an effective way to increase steelmaking capacity because it reduces blowing time.
