Toll-like receptors are cell surface receptor molecules that have been found to play an important role in the host immune response against pathogens in recent years. It not only recognizes the pathogen-associated molecular pat- terns (PAMPs) of pathogenic microorganisms in the innate immune response, activates the innate immune response, but also induces the expression of the co-stimulatory molecule CD80 to provide for the initiation of adaptive immunity Necessary activation signal.Toll-like receptors play a very important role in the immune system. In this paper, the structure of Toll-like receptors and their interaction with the structural components of pathogenic microorganisms, signal transduction pathways and in the host immune defense Role and the important clinical value of Toll-like receptors.
